We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once a product is successfully delivered, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Return Policy

We allow returns only at the time of delivery under the following conditions:

✔ The customer must check the product in front of the delivery person.
✔ If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer can return it immediately.
✔ The customer must pay the delivery charge for the return.
✔ Once the delivery person leaves, the product cannot be returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following conditions are not eligible for returns:

❌ Change of mind after receiving the product.
❌ Minor color variations due to screen differences.
❌ Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
❌ Returns requested after the delivery person has left.

4. How to Return a Product

3️⃣ Pay the required delivery charge for returning the item.
4️⃣ The delivery person will take back the returned product.
